Two of the messages from the spread I did for the Full Moon in Virgo were that "we are good enough" and "acceptance" as in accepting what we have no control over.
Since essential oils and Bach Flower Remedies have been part of my life for so many years, I thought I'd include a little information on the ones I am considering to work with moving through the next few days.
Essential oils we might consider for Confidence and Self-Doubt include:
Grapefruit helps to fight feelings of self doubt and gives confidence. Fennel can help to increase courage and confidence.
Jasmine can be helpful for low self-confidence.
Juniper can help to restore confidence and increase self-worth.
Neroli promotes self-confidence, and the ability to take the initiative. Rosemary can help promote self-confidence and strengthen will power.
Ylang Ylang promotes self-confidence and enthusiasm.
Essential oils we might consider for Acceptance include:
Roman Chamomile, which promotes calm acceptance of one's own limitations and eases the tensions associated with excessive ego such as frustration and resentment.
Melissa, which can help to dispel fear and regret and bring acceptance and understanding in any situation.
Neroli which supports self-acceptance and produces feelings of security.
Based on this I am strongly leaning towards including Neroli, Grapefruit and Roman Chamomile in my blend.
With respect to the Bach Flower Remedies we might consider:
Agrimony - when in balance there is a real sense of self-acceptance.
Crab Apple - for acceptance of oneself and one's imperfections.
Larch - for lack of confidence.
Water Violet - for self-confidence.
Since Water Violet is also one of my Bach Flower Personality Remedies this would be one I would definitely include.
I may just add my blend to my diffuser
Neroli (Citrus x aurantium) 1 drop
Grapefruit (Citrus x paradisi) 5 drops
Roman Chamomile (Chamaemelum nobile) 2 drops
2 drops of the Bach Flower Remedy Water Violet added to the blend.
Alternatively I could add my blend to a 10 ml spray bottle and top that up with water and a solubilizer.
