Bergamot for Dispelling Negativity!
Bergamot's uplifting, calming and anti-depressant properties are great for dispelling negativity. A 'happy' oil that can lift most people's mood. I often turn to this sweet florally citrus when I am blending for anxiety, depression and any stress-related disorders. Great in diffusers, misters, inhalers. NOTE: Only use Bergamot FCF grade should be used topically on the skin as the regular Bergamot is very phototoxic when applied to skin.
