Yarrow, with its fresh, pungent, herbaceous aroma, is an excellent choice for blends created around Endurance. It can also be used for synergies created for depression, anger and rage.

Yarrow's anti-inflammatory, antiseptic and cell generating properties is helpful for skin conditions like acne, burns, cuts, eczema, rashes, scars, varicose veins and wounds. It has also been helpful in blends for head colds and sinus infections. It's antispasmodic properties make it useful in blends dealing with rheumatoid arthritis, neuralgia and tendinitis, while its astringent and decongestant properties make it helpful when dealing with varicose veins and hemorrhoids. It may also help digestive complaints like constipation, cramps, diarrhea, sluggish digestion and indigestion.

Energetically, Yarrow provides protection and instills courage. It can help to increase a healthy love for one's self and for others. It can also increase, and focus, psychic awareness.
