In addition to what I have covered in the video, in this post I would like to add another lens to consider when creating an energetic blend for the month, the Major Arcana of the Tarot. In Tarot each of the Astrological Signs are associated with a Major Arcana Card so each month I share information about the Major Arcana card that represents the Sun Sign operating for most of the month. Leo (July 22 – August 23) is the Sun Sign we are looking at and its Major Arcana Card is V

Energetically, Juniper Berry can be very helpful in clearing negativity and helps to protect against negative influences.  It can help to restore confidence and help increase feelings of self-worth.

Cedarwood can be used for focus as it helps to clear and steady the mind! Energetically, Cedarwood helps us to get back in touch with our true reality by affirming and clarifying our focus.  It is grounding.  Wonderful to use for clearing and cleansing  a room of negativity and brings in positive energy.  It  helps to clear and steady the mind, which helps to promote  a calm meditative state. A state that enables one to receive healing energy more easily.  

Energetically, Cardamom allows new energies to assimilate gently back into the physical body. Consider using Cardamom when one is overburdened with responsibilities.

The card that popped out for my Sunday Essential Oil Reflection is Pine.  Pine is for self worth, it helps restore confidence and strength of will! Energetically, Pine repels and clears negative energy.  It can also be used to increase energy in the subtle bodies.  It may help anyone who feels depleted or stagnant.

 Energetically, Laurel supports the ability to honor one’s self.  It can help open one to new thoughts and perspectives.  It can also aid in releasing mental blocks and outmoded ways of thinking.  Laurel helps to stimulate a renewed interest in life.  It can also help to calm feelings of hysteria.

Once again I'm happy to share some information about the May Energetics - Full Moon, Flower, Crystal and Essential Oils. As I mentioned last month learning and understanding more about the energetics is something that I have always been very interested in and I find the more I learn, the clearer the picture becomes.

This year the Easter Season starts with Good Friday on April 18, followed by Easter Sunday on April 20 and rounded up with Easter Monday on April 21.While I do like to change up the blends I use around Easter, this Synergy is one that I often turn to as I find its rationale very meaningful.
